All guests entering the venue must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. Guests should retain their tickets to verify proper seat location. Re-entry to the venue is prohibited.
ATM is located in concessions area of the Concert Hall.
Bags | Backpacks
Bags, including handbags and purses, may be no larger than 12” x 12” x 6" and all bags are subject to search. Backpacks are prohibited. Please see the prohibited items list for additional details.
The Box Office is located just inside the front entrance, to the right.

Flash photography, professional cameras (including SLR cameras or cameras with detachable lenses) are prohibited. Recording equipment, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks are also prohibited. This policy is subject to change per event.
Child Ticket Policy
Admission for children varies per event, however, generally, children under two years of age are free if sitting on an adult’s lap. Be sure to check with the Box Office regarding specific events.

Ponte Vedra Concert Hall’s personnel have been trained in emergency procedures. Please follow the directions of event staff in case of an emergency.
Firearms | Guns| Weapons
For the safety of all guests, firearms, and weapons of any kind are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: guns, weapons, mace, tasers, knives, fish hooks, and chain wallets.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.
- Guests with special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should make special arrangements, prior to the event day.
Please Note: Ponte Vedra Concert Hall concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other products that may contain nuts throughout the venue. We do not have areas free from nut products.

You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered.
Recycling bins are located throughout the venue. We thank you in advance for helping keep the Concert Hall clean and free of debris.

Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is committed to providing a safe experience for all guests. The Concert Hall screens all guests entering the venue using wands and bag checks. Ticket scalpers, ticket brokers and third-party sites are not recognized ticketing agents of Ponte Vedra Concert Hall and the validity of these tickets is not guaranteed. Purchasing tickets from any source other than Ticketmaster or Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is done so at the buyer’s risk.
Any concert attendee who, knowingly or unknowingly, gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation. Guests are welcome to purchase replacement tickets based upon availability..
Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is not responsible for any tickets purchased from a third-party vendor and patrons may not re-sell tickets at any price on PVCH property.
