A New Era for Dinner & a Show

Dinner and a show just got an upgrade. As part of Ponte Vedra Concert Hall’s extensive renovation, every aspect of the music venue was elevated, including its food and beverage offerings. The goal: to complement a world-class music experience with chef-driven, made-to-order fare that invites concert goers to slow down and savor the night.

When Ponte Vedra Concert Hall reopened in August, audiences were greeted not only by outstanding live performances but by the aroma of something unexpected: real food made from scratch. Forget concession-stand nachos or pre-show fast food - concert goers can now savor a variety of made-to-order dinner options.

A Chef-Driven Menu Worthy of the Stage

Helmed by Chef Ed Baltzley, the venue’s Food & Beverage Director - who has years of experience serving crowd-pleasing meals in Northeast Florida, most recently at Sunday Gathering Table - the kitchen delivers an exceptional culinary experience on par with the artists on stage. The menu blends comfort and creativity with standout dishes such as Sticky Pork Belly Bahn Mi, Mayport Shrimp & Grits and Crispy Oyster Sliders, alongside shareable small bites like Pimento Cheese & Lady Edison Country Ham, Spanish-style Beef or Sweet Potato & Corn Empanadas and Truffle Pepper Popcorn. For lighter cravings, guests can enjoy warm soft pretzels, marinated Losada olives or classic sweet treats from the candy selection.

Local Ingredients, Local Story

Every plate tells a local story. Ingredients are sourced from Northeast Florida’s network of growers and makers, including Backyard Buffalo, Son & Syke Mushrooms, Beacon Fisheries, Mayhem Datil Pepper Farms, Ancient City Microgreens and Village Bakery. The result is food that is fresh, rooted and uniquely regional - an edible reflection of the community it serves.

Redefining the Concert Night Out

Beyond the kitchen, the newly designed first- and second-floor terraces provide ambient, cozy spaces to enjoy a meal, sip a specialty cocktail and let the evening unfold at an unhurried pace. It’s the kind of experience that encourages attendees to linger a little longer, to make the night more than just a concert.

As Ponte Vedra Concert Hall ushers in a new era of live music, it’s redefining what a night out can be - where dinner and a great show come together for an unforgettable evening. See what’s on the menu at Food & Beverage.
