It’s becoming a reality! With each passing week, the transformation of Ponte Vedra Concert Hall grows more tangible - and more thrilling. As we move closer toward opening night on August 1, the latest drone fly-through captures just how far we’ve come. What once was a shell of renovation is now rising into the region’s top stage for live music.

On the outside, the vision is taking shape. The building’s final exterior coating is complete, and the architectural vision is coming into sharp focus. The tower is now clad in Nichiha, setting the tone for the modern, striking new look of Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Meanwhile, the parking lot is progressing steadily, with asphalt installation on track for mid-July. Perhaps most inspiring are the preserved oak trees, now standing proudly in their new medians - symbols of how this renovation respects both roots and reimagination.

On the inside, we're getting ready for showtime. Drywall is nearly complete, painting is underway, and final color coats are being applied throughout the venue. Bathrooms are being tiled, HVAC systems are going in, and yards of concrete are being poured to shape fresh sidewalks, curbs, and walkways. Doors and windows are next on deck, and soon, the all-new audiovisual systems will be installed - ushering in a whole new standard for acoustics, lighting, and production quality.

The New Era is coming. With performances from national acts, up-and-coming talent, and genre-defying artists, the reimagined Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is ready to take its place as a cornerstone of Florida's music scene. The new era of entertainment is coming, and we can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you back.
