Event Details
In response to the increased demand and urgent need currently experienced by local food assistance programs, SJC Cultural Events, Inc. will host dual “Rock the Pantries” Food Drives on Friday, November 14, 2025 at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.
Between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on Friday, November 14, non-perishable food items will be accepted to help restock critically low food pantries including Epic-Cure, Pie in the Sky Community Alliance, Homeless Coalition of St. Johns County, and additional organizations serving families, seniors, and individuals across St. Johns County.
Many local food banks and distribution programs are experiencing record-high demand, reporting sharp increases in food requests by families and individuals. “At distribution sites, we’re seeing more than a 100% increase in attendance from people in need of help,” explained Sunny Mulford, Executive Director of Epic-Cure. “Our local food pantries are low on supplies right now,” said Gabe Pellicer, CEO & President of SJC Cultural Events, Inc. “These food drives are an opportunity for all of us to come together to make an immediate difference.”
Residents, businesses, and community groups are encouraged to drop off donations at the Box Office entrances of either venue. Simply pull up, and a member of the SJC Cultural Events staff will collect your donation. All items will be distributed to local food assistance organizations to help replenish their shelves — even a single can make a difference. Together, we can help fill the shelves and support our neighbors in need.
